Mearns Financial Fees

Upon acceptance of the loan offered from a lending institution the Client shall pay to the Broker (MFC) a procuration fee of ONE per cent of the loan amount or £1,000 whichever is higher. (In some cases this fee can be added to the loan amount.)

In additional to our charges most lending institutions charge a fee once the facility is agreed. It is also likely a valuation fee may be required for the property or land.

If the offer of advance is not signed MFC reserve the right to charge a fee of up to £300 for work connected with the application.

The conditions are set down in the Fee Agreement which must be signed at the application stage.
